In the high-pressure IT world, where deadlines and stress never end, Pradeep Solanki found himself stuck in a cycle of chronic back pain, long hours, and lifestyle diseases. After 15 years in corporate life, witnessing the toll on professionals, his wake-up call came when severe back pain led to hospitalization in Switzerland. Facing possible spinal surgery, he turned to Yoga, and it transformed his life.
Realizing countless professionals were suffering silently, Pradeep left his corporate career to create YogaOnCallTM - a vision to make Yoga accessible, adaptable, and achievable for every working professional. He knew employees needed practical, time- efficient wellness solutions, not just another fitness program.
